You understand that Job Board Recruiters may not work on your search. We always give our retained search business the highest priority (like any retained recruiter does). Consequently, it is impossible for us to know what our resource capacity will be at the time of your search request. Furthermore, we will focus on search requests that we feel we have the best chances of filling (like any contingency recruiter does). If you need total commitment to your search, you should consider a retained search.
You understand that the main objective of the Job Board Recruiters service is to create awareness for and promote our Retained Search and Performance Payouts services. Therefore, expect that we will attempt to up-sell you those search services when we speak with you. Of course, you may decline to upgrade your search. However, you do understand that we will be pitching our premium search services.
You understand that Job Board Recruiters sources exclusively from job boards and our existing database (like every contingency recruiter does). As such, you understand that we will not perform extensive candidate research to find you passive candidates (like a retained search recruiter does). If you want hard-to-find passive candidates, you should consider a retained search.
This service is only available for salaries under $90K a year. You agree to upgrade to a Retained or Performance Payouts search in the event you offer $90K or more to any candidate Job Board Recruiters sends you. If you are recruiting a senior career level position, you should consider a retained search.
While under contract with Job Board Recruiters, you agree not run ads on the same boards we search unless you change the ad contact information to your Job Board Recruiters recruiter. While under agreement with us, it is our responsibility to screen and assess candidates from the job boards on your behalf.
Our fee of 5.8% is subject to change at anytime. This rate is only guaranteed if we have a signed agreement with you at this rate for a search in progress.
This offer is valid until April 1, 2010. You understand that, after this date, we may continue or discontinue the Job Board Recruiters service at our own discretion.
