Process

The process is very straightforward. If you've used a contingency recruiter in the past you will be familiar it. It couldn't be easier!

Client agrees to our Terns
Client submits a Search Request
Client receives confirmation and search agreement by e-mail.
Client faxes signed search agreement to Recruiter.
Recruiter will call Client to discuss requirements
Recruiter will search and monitor all popular job boards
Recruiter will flag resumes of candidates that match requirements.
Recruiter will phone screen candidates to ensure they are qualified and interested.
Recruiter will send the candidates they like best to for consideration Client
Client will inform Recruiter which candidates they'd like to interview
Recruiter will coordinate interviews between Client and job board candidates
If Client hires a candidate sent, Recruiter gets paid 5.8% of annual starting salary
