What is the value of recruiting easy-to-find job board candidates?

We believe there is excellent value in offering easy-to-find job board candidate recruiting services at 5.8% when you consider the other two options. You can work the job boards yourself or pay a contingency recruiter to do it for you. Any contingency recruiter will cost you between 15% and 33% which is obviously much higher than our 5.8%. Working the job boards yourself puts a strain on you business resources that is better utilized by focusing on your core business.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. However, we think the low fee is a good enough incentive to not engage other recruiters. The reason being that if another recruiter happens to send you the same job board candidate before we do, you will pay their fee (e.g. 20%-30%) instead of our fee of 5.8% for the very same candidate. Having said that, you are free to engage as many contingency recruiters as you wish.

How can you afford to recruit at 9.5%?

Actually, we are recruiting at 9% because .5% goes to our client's charity of choice.

How do I know you're actively working on my search?

You will be receiving resumes from us. There can be lulls in activity depending on a number of factors. You are always welcome to call your recruiter to inquire about the status of your search.

How much effort will you put into my search?

It depends on the difficulty level of your search compared to the other searches we have going on at the same time. Like any contingency recruiter, we give top priority to the positions we think we have the best chances of quickly filling. If you need a guaranteed high level of effort, you should consider a retained search.

What do you have against job board candidates?

Absolutely nothing. We know there are many excellent candidates who post their resumes on job boards. Our problem is not with job board candidates, its with contingency recruiters who charge ridiculous fees to place them. High fees are intended to be paid for performing deep candidate research and finding passive candidates. Charging high fees for easy to find candidates that are actively looking and highly visible hurts job seekers and hiring companies.
