Job Board Recruiters™ fee is 9.5% and that is by far the best contingency search fee in the business.

Our fee is 9.5% because that's what we think contingency recruiting (i.e. recruiting job boards candidates) is worth. We think that is fair compensation for us and simultaneously represents great value for businesses that want to compete for job board candidates but don't want to pay high recruiter fees or allocate internal resources to monitoring job boards and recruiting candidates themselves.

Why would you pay more for active candidates who have posted their resume on all of the major job boards and easy to find? Why would you pay more to fill positions requiring skills that are widely available in the candidate market and easy to replace? Before you didn't have a choice. Now you do.

Why such a low fee?

Our fee isn't low. It just seems that way because contingency recruiting fees are ridiculously high.

Contingency search is not actual recruiting in the true sense of the word. It is more or less targeted research which is significantly less valuable than true recruiting. By limiting our focus exclusively to job boards and active candidates, we are only performing one aspect of a the recruiting process. We contact job seekers and sell them on your opportunity. Contrary to what many contingency recruiters would like you to believe, this activity is not very time intensive.
